The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, sanitary sewer bypass pumping, lift station wet well select demolition, concrete cover, hatch, pump and guide rail system installation, discharge piping and control panel replacement. Valve vault select demolition, discharge piping, concrete cover and hatch replacement are also part of the work. Additional work includes site removals, bituminous driveway construction, and all related restoration. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute the Agreement in accordance with the Bid and the other Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
