Site work for a water / sewer project in Cooksville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the installation of CIPP liner for two runs of 8-inch water main with a total length of approximately 270 linear feet. Bidders must submit bid security in the amount of 10% of their maximum bid price, comply with all applicable laws regarding labor employment and payment of prevailing wages, and, if required, employ a workforce consisting of at least 90% Illinois laborers. Subcontractors are also required to adhere to these laws. The LaGrange Highlands Sanitary District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and accept any bid deemed advantageous. Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after submission and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
