Stanislaus County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for the Laird Park Parking Lot Project. The work includes constructing an asphalt concrete parking lot involving grading and asphalt concrete paving, with minor concrete curbing, sidewalks, fencing, landscaping (irrigation & planting), lighting, and pavement striping/marking and signage. Bidders must submit the required forms and certifications, hold a Class A License, and be a registered DIR Public Works Contractor. The project is a lump sum award with a bid bond of 10%, and both payment and performance bonds at 100%.
