The work site will be partially occupied during construction. Preference will be given to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements. In cases where a non-Canadian manufactured product has been proposed, the Contractor must collaborate with Manitoba to identify and procure an alternative Canadian-made product, equivalent in quality and performance, where possible.
