The University of Ottawa is inviting qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the provision of foot grill maintenance services at various sites listed in Exhibit 3 – Foot Grill Master Plans. The list of sites may change during the Contract term, and the successful proponent will be notified in writing of any additions, removals, or changes. The selected Proponent will be responsible for delivering yearly foot grill maintenance services in accordance with industry best practices and the requirements outlined in Exhibit 2 – Statement of Work.
