Renovation of a municipal facility in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Full Replacement of AHU System at Traffic Building, Abbotsford Border Crossing The Scope of Work includes, but not limited to: Mechanical Work: Work includes replacement of existing condensing units CU-1 (18-ton) and CU-2 (8.7-ton) on the roof and replacement of associated AHU-1 and AHU-2 in the third-floor mechanical room, including all related piping, ductwork, insulation and controls, as shown on the Mechanical Drawings. Electrical Distribution Upgrade: As per Electrical Set of Drawings Contractor is required to provide temporary heating, cooling and ventilation with a rental unit during the system switchover. All disruptive work (including but not limited to, noise, dust, equipment shutdown, hazmat abatement, etc.) must be scheduled afterhours.
