The Transportation Safety and Technology Sciences (TSTS) Hub will be located on the National Research Council (NRC) campus at 1200 Montreal Road in Ottawa. The project aims to create a national Center of Excellence in transportation safety and technology science. The site services scope includes all excavation and trenching for underground utilities, such as new and relocated water, gas, storm and sanitary services, tie-ins to existing municipal systems, catch basins, manholes, and full foundation drainage with weeping tile.
