Restoration services for four Mega Door overhead doors to return them to full operational, functional, and like-new condition. The work includes servicing all four doors, replacing all fluids and worn components, and installing new door fabric. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and requires the use of brand-specific Mega Door components as identified in the justification and approval documentation. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and expertise necessary to complete the restoration under a firm-fixed-price contract.
