Renovation of a military facility in Dulac, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The U.S. Coast Guard Contractor shall modernize the building fire alarm system by upgrading the existing Notifier fire alarm system. All parts, installation, and repairs shall meet or exceed manufacturers specifications and industry standards. This project is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 238210. The resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed Price with award based on lowest price, technically acceptable criteria, including price, technical acceptability, and past performance. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management. All work shall be coordinated through the point of contact to minimize operational impacts on the unit during execution. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. Any questions regarding Scope of Work to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the joseph.a.fodor@uscg.mil copy to Clarence.henshawjr@uscg.mil no later than May 18, 2026, 12:00 pm CST or the question may not be answered.
