***** AMENDMENT #2 - DATED 5/14/2026 ***** The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions that have been asked/submitted and to extend the due date. Please see attached question and answer document. Scanned drawings of the most recent as-built for Sandia Crest have also been added with this amendment. No other changes to the solicitation are published with this amendment. The scope of this project is for demolition activities associated with the demolition and removal and off-site disposal of the Sandia Crest House structure on the Sandia Crest Recreation Complex and restore the disturbed areas to a natural state. Demolition includes dismantling the structure and support systems. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to provide for the full demolition and removal of the Sandia Crest House structure including concrete slab, the concrete stem walls, footings, metal roof, wood decks with stairs and other infrastructure associated with the structure, and postdemolition, install a 6-foot chain link privacy fabric fence around the demolition area. Question Deadline 05/08/2026 at 12:00 PM MT Questions shall be submitted via email to vincent.gulley@usda.gov Demolition and removal services are required for the Sandia Crest House structure located on the Sandia Crest Recreation Complex in the Cibola National Forest in New Mexico. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns and is open to all responsible sources that qualify under the applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code 238910 with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. Quotations should be submitted as requested.
