The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to complete improvements to the hanging cross walk lights, and wood poles in front of Lindbergh Elementary and Fire Station 12 on St. Joseph Avenue. The winning bidder shall replace the outdated span wire signalized crosswalk with new mast arm signalized crosswalk including all signal heads, hardware to meet current MUTCD/MODOTspecifications. Replacement should be achieved while maintaining current signal operation for traffic control until the new mast arm signalized intersection is complete and fully operational. The Contractor will be required to coordinate with private utility companies as required. Contractor shall be responsible for all required permits and traffic control.
