Renovation of a recreation facility in Flushing, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation is issuing a Request for Proposals for the renovation, operation, and maintenance of an Indoor Tennis and Sports facility at the Cunningham Park Tennis Courts in Queens. Proposals must address the full scope, including the renovation of existing facilities, ongoing operations, and regular maintenance of the venue. All proposals must be submitted by the designated deadline. Instructions to bidders include obtaining the RFP during the specified timeframe either through the contact provided or by downloading it from the official website, and attending a recommended remote proposer meeting. Meetings at the proposed concession site may be arranged by appointment and subject to availability. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set out in the RFP.
