Description

Site work for a civil project in Jacksonville, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The purpose of this solicitation for Engineering Services for the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR)-funded Normandy Village Utility Infrastructure Repair Project is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide Engineering and Construction Inspection Services to evaluate and upgrade the Normandy Village Utility sanitary sewer system. The proposed project involves replacement and rehabilitation of existing gravity sewer mains, force mains, manholes, and the installation a new force main to connect to JEAs collection system, rehabilitation of up to four existing pump stations, and one new pump station to allow for the redirection of all wastewater flows to JEAs existing wastewater treatment facility. The selected design firm will be required to coordinate CDBG requirements with the selected grant administrator. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
