The purpose is to obtain pricing from vendors to furnish, deliver, and assemble Aluminum Box Culvert with Aluminum Structural Plate Headwalls and Pipe for three Division 4 Bridge Maintenance projects in Nash, Wilson, and Wayne Counties. This will result in three separate Purchase Orders, one for each requisition in the pricing table. This is for a one-time agency-specific contract, and bids must comply with the terms and conditions provided. Vendors are responsible for reading and complying with all instructions, terms, attachments, and addenda. If there are questions or exceptions to any part of the IFB, these must be submitted according to the provided instructions for bid questions. Vendors' bids must be a firm offer held open for the required validity period.
