The Department of Administration, Facility Management Division, is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified vendors to provide janitorial services in a professional and workmanlike manner for the New Education Building at 301 N Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC. The services must be provided in strict and complete compliance with the specifications and terms included. The successful vendor will begin work after meeting all background checks and badging requirements. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the State having the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. Vendors must submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined, including any attachments and addenda. Participation in the NC eProcurement system is required, and vendors may be subject to the state’s electronic procurement fee. All offer submissions and communication regarding the proposal should follow the specified procedures for use of the Ariba Network platform.
