Site work and new construction of a conference / convention center in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 322,000-square-foot conference / convention center.

The project involves the expansion of the Raleigh Convention Center, to be constructed across the street from the current facility at the current Red Hat Amphitheater site. The expansion will have a total area of 322,000 square feet and will be connected to the existing center by sky bridges over McDowell Street. Key features include a 50,000 square foot flex hall, an 18,000 square foot flex hall, a commercial kitchen, meeting rooms, and administration/support spaces.
