Furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the Roofing Replacement Project at Ross Park Apartments, including all associated work required to install or repair as shown in bid documents. A certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. Successful bidders must furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds for the full contract amount. The Sleepy Eye Housing & Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
