Renovation of a multi-residential development in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the Roofing Replacement Project at Ross Park Apartments, including all associated work required to install or repair as shown in bid documents. A single prime contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder based on available funding. Instructions to bidders: It is the bidder's responsibility to inquire about any issued addenda. A certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. No less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract documents must be paid, including compliance with Federal and State prevailing wage laws. Contractors must take affirmative action to prevent discrimination. HUD, Section 3 Compliance & Documentation are required as stipulated in the bid documents. Successful bidders must furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds for the full contract amount. The Sleepy Eye Housing & Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
