Furnish Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) water pipe conforming with A.W.W.A. Standard C900-16 for the period July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 as follows: C900 CL235 DR18 PVC Pipe in sizes 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 30, and 36 inches; C900 CL305 DR14 PVC Pipe in sizes 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24 inches. All pipe must meet Build America Buy America (BABA), American Iron and Steel (AIS), and Steel Procurement Act requirements. Prices quoted shall be firm for the specified period. Bidders must submit proposals online via PennBid. Questions regarding bidding documents must be submitted via the Vendor Discussions tab in Messages on PennBid. Vendors awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract, with term contracts at 1/6% (.00166) of the expected value (minimum $100, maximum $5,000). The Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any portion of a bid in its best interest.
