Remodeling of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Chester, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The work is to patch and paint the interior of a home at Greycort IRA, 55 Greycourt Road, Chester, NY. Contractors are required to provide and supply a 1-year warranty on material and labor. Bidders must submit a cost breakdown including materials, labor, and overhead using the provided quote proposal form. Subcontracting is not allowed. Contractors must adhere to prevailing wage requirements and submit certified payroll records at the time of invoicing. All employees must be listed with full details and meet state regulations. Attendance at a mandatory site visit is required in order to submit a quote. Late arrivals or failure to attend will make a bidder ineligible. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor providing the lowest cost and meeting all requirements. Bidders must have at least 2 years of experience on prior projects of similar magnitude. Insurance certificates and required forms must be submitted upon request. Quotes must be submitted by the stated deadline by email, hand delivery, or mail; email is preferred. Only the agency's quote proposal form will be accepted. Quotes not reflecting correct prevailing wages may be rejected. All staff working at the site must sign attendance records as directed.
