Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Grand Valley, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Town of Grand Valley is seeking bids from qualified bidders for the construction of a new sewage pumping station. The work involves the construction of a sewage pumping station with a precast concrete wet well, valve/metering chamber, and bypass chamber, as well as associated electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment, and integration into the existing Wastewater Pollution Control Plant. The work also includes the construction of approximately 200 meters of forcemain, provisionally 155 meters of gravity sewer, water service piping, an access road from the WPCP, and fencing around the site. The pumping station is located south of the existing WPCP at 18 Watson Road in the Town of Grand Valley. Bidders must submit bids online and may preview bid documents without registration, though registration and a subscription or Pay-Per-Bid access is required to download secured documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Grand Valley Wastewater Pollution Control Plant (18 Watson Road, Grand Valley, ON) at 10:00 AM ET on Thursday May 14th, 2026. Bidders shall meet by the front gate of the WPCP site. Attendance at the pre bid meeting is required. Potential bidders must attend to be eligible to submit a bid.
