Question Deadline 05/22/2026 Submit questions via email to Brandon.Jump@dla.mil. Construction work to repair erosion along the south perimeter fence at Defense Supply Center Richmond. The project is a firm-fixed-price construction effort with a 180-day period of performance from Notice to Proceed and an estimated construction magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work shall be performed in accordance with FAR Part 36 requirements and all applicable clauses and provisions. The contractor must perform all work required by the Statement of Work, with particular emphasis on Sections 3, 4, and 7, and complete the project within the specified time or be subject to liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day of delay. Department of Labor wage determinations applicable to Richmond, Virginia apply. Access to the installation requires compliance with Defense Supply Center Richmond security procedures, including DBIDS pre-enrollment for all personnel prior to site access and site visits. Location: Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204(e), the estimated Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $500,000-$1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
