Reams Road Sidewalk & Pedestrian Crossing at Mistywood Road. Who can respond to this bid: All Vendors. Reams Rd Sidewalk & Ped. Crossing at Mistywood Rd involves the construction of Approximately 500 LF of Sidewalk construction from Marbleridge Rd. to Reams Elementary School. Additionally, the project will construct two cross walks, one across Marbleridge Rd to a sidewalk terminating CG-12. Another crosswalk will be built across Reams Rd. at Mistywood Rd to provide safe connection pedestrian crossing of Reams Road to the Elementary School. The work will include grading, drainage, erosion & sediment control, concrete sidewalk, paving, traffic signing and pavement marking, and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Contractors must be on VDOT's current Pre-qualified list at the time/ date set for the opening of bids in order to be eligible for this contract.
