The scope of work is for the replacement of CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Building 46, Phase Two. The contractor is to provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and must be within a 120-mile commutable radius of the DSCR facility, with the point of mobilization annotated in the quote and owned by the prime contractor. The contract will be a firm-fixed price award for a period of 270 days following award. The acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses under NAICS Code 238220. Partial proposals are not accepted. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror meeting the requirements as stated in the SOW and solicitation. Past performance will be assessed as part of technical acceptability. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award. All inquiries and quotes must be submitted via email. Refer to Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW) and the included site map for additional scope details. Liquidated damages apply at $500 per calendar day for delays beyond the specified contract period. Questions are due on May 22, 2026, end of day. Submit questions via email to nicholas.mace@dla.mil. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204(e), the estimated Magnitude of Construction for requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
