Project No. P.2026.00217 Solicitation for construction services at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Building 42 Bellwood Manor Repairs in Richmond, VA. The contract will be firm-fixed price with a period of performance of 130 days after Notice to Proceed. The project scope and specific requirements are further outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractors must be within a 120-mile radius of DSCR and demonstrate building construction as a core business. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award. Partial proposals will not be accepted. Liquidated damages apply at $500 per day for late completion.
