CR#: 2134650 Pine Island Patch/Paint Interior of Home. Contractor is to provide and supply a 1-year warranty on material and labor. When submitting a quote, include a cost breakdown (materials, labor, and overhead) and list number. A mandatory scheduled site visit is required. All quotes must be received in the Business Office by the stated deadline. Subcontracting is not allowed. Vendors must demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience on prior projects of similar magnitude. Adherence to prevailing wage law is required, with certified payroll records submitted at invoicing. NYS Labor Law 220-i Registration is required. Quotes must use the provided quote proposal form; other forms will not be accepted.
