competitive sealed proposals will be accepted by the Raton Public Service Co. for Comprehensive Engineering Services for Substation, Generation, Transmission, and Distribution Infrastructure for Raton Public Service Co. The selected firm will enter into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Raton Public Service Co. to provide professional engineering and tech- nical services related to the City's electric utility infrastructure. Services may include engineering evaluation, planning, design, operational support, inspection, and emergency planning services associated with the City's electrical generation facilities, substations, transmission system, and distribution system. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFP documents. The Raton Public Service Co. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technical irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for Design Services is Underway
