Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in New Braunfels, Texas. Completed plans call civil work for a residential development, road / highway and water / sewer project.
To be considered in this study is approximately 500 LF of Roadway D connecting Loop 337/HWY 46 within Precinct 9 Unit 2 in the Veramendi Master Planned Development in New Braunfels, Texas. The proposed roadway will be designed utilizing guidance from the City of San Antonio's Pavement Design Guidance Manual. We anticipate that the roadway will be designed in accordance with Arterial Street classification. This study is limited to the pavement design of the proposed roadway. Soil borings to develop recommendationsfor associated site structures, such aslow water crossings,signalization poles, bridges, or retaining walls were not included in the authorized scope of services. Veramendi Precinct 8 Unit 1 & Precinct 9 Unit 1, located west of Loop 337 approximately 0.25 miles NE of the Borchers Blvd and Loop 337 intersection in New Braunfels, Texas The project includes the construction of site clearing and grading, sedimentation and erosion control, drainage, water, street, and sewer improvements for Veramendi Precinct 8 Unit 1 & Precinct 9 Unit 1.
