New Braunfels Utilities ("NBU") is soliciting Request for Proposal ("RFP") for the Water Tank Rehabilitation Phase 2 Newks EST construction project. Question Deadline 4:00 PM CT, July 13, 2026CT Questions regarding this RFP or the services requested must be sent to the Purchasing Manager at purchasing@nbutexas.com. Bid Bond Percentage: 5% Work is described in general , non-inclusive terms as: 1. Full rehabilitation of interior and exterior coating systems, including structural repairs and replacement of appurtenances for the existing 0.50 MG composite elevated storage tank. 2. Site improvements, including driveway overlay, altitude valve replacement, overflow splash pad upgrades, gates, and fencing. 3. Replacement of tank instrumentation and heat tracing.
