Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Consolidate the activities of the Royden site (currently leased) into a new facility named the Mackay site. The scope of work includes the elimination of several major deficiencies of the building highlighted by recent audits (classification D and E). The project aims to upgrade, renovate and refurbish a significant portion of the Mackay site to enable the complete transfer of activities from the Royden site and the permanent closure of the latter. TIMELINE: Process of the request for proposals CO2026-p-26-007-AO /20142930 from architectural and engineering professional consulting firms for design services has closed. Deposited submissions are under review. Award is anticipated in late summer 2026. Timelines of the project development will be finalized after design consultants award. Further update at that time.
