Reference number: 20142930 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-05-14 Description The CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Ile-de-Montreal currently operates several facilities dedicated to rehabilitation and specialist clinical services. With a view to optimization, regulatory compliance and the long-term sustainability of its property portfolio, the CIUSSS wishes to consolidate the activities of the Royden site (currently leased) into a facility it owns, namely the Mackay site. The Mackay building, constructed in the 1960s, is currently under-utilised due to its dilapidated condition and several major deficiencies highlighted by recent audits (classification D and E). The project aims to upgrade, renovate and refurbish a significant portion of the Mackay site to enable the complete transfer of activities from the Royden site and the permanent closure of the latter.
