Site work for a civil project in Appalachia, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Construction of a 1,000 GPD septic system with TL-3 pretreatment, effluent pump station and 1,100 LF of 2" force main, a drip-irrigation effluent disposal system, and associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract for each individual Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order # 11246 prohibiting discrimination in employment regarding race, color, creed, sex, or national origin; and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bidders must certify that they do not or will not maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, color, creed, or national origin. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder is required to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. Question Deadline 05/28/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Ronald Heath
