Description

Paving and renovation of an industrial development in Russell, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

The Town of Russell, NY is seeking sealed bids for two separate projects. Project 1: Installation of a new heating system at the Town of Russell HWY Garage located at 42 Pestle St, Russell, NY. The bid should include one new 400,000 BTU wood boiler, upgrades to the current system including but not limited to eight hanging heaters (100,000 BTU each), and all necessary plumbing and hardware. Project 2: Milling and hot mix asphalt paving on Pestle St Rd in the Town of Russell, NY. The project consists of approximately 275 tons of hot mix asphalt paving and milling of rebates with tack coat applied to milled areas. The Town will provide trucking of asphalt and purchase of asphalt. The bid should be a lump sum to lay asphalt, mill rebates, and apply tack coat. Prevailing wage rates will apply to this project. Instructions to Bidders: Each project is to be bid separately. Sealed bids can be returned to the Russell Town Clerk's office at 4 Pestle St, Russell, NY 13684, emailed to russellnyclerk@gmail.com, or mailed to PO Box 628, Russell, NY 13684. The Town of Russell reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Town of Russell is an equal opportunity employer.
