The City of Eastvale (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide Professional Traffic Signal Maintenance and Repair Services and Street Light Maintenance services including, but not limited to, routine preventative maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency response services. This is a public work project. The City currently maintains the following traffic signal system: • 56 signalized traffic signal intersections with safety lights and illuminated street name signs. Refer to Exhibit III for Signalized Intersections Map and List. • 2 fire station beacons • 35 radar speed feedback signs, refer to Exhibit VI for the Speed Feedback Sign Map. Refer to Exhibit III for Signalized Intersections Map and List. It is worth noting that, of 56 signalized traffic signal intersections, two are jointly owned with the neighboring cities, as noted in the Exhibit III. In accordance with the existing maintenance agreement, the City is responsible for maintaining these intersections. One traffic signal interconnection system is currently in operation along Limonite Avenue from Archibald Avenue to Eastvale Gateway, serving 8 existing traffic signals. In addition, the City plans to synchronize traffic signals along Hamner Avenue from Schleisman Avenue to Bellegrave Avenue, and along Archibald Avenue from River Road to the northern City limit in a near future, encompassing 10 and 12 existing traffic signals, respectively. The City of Eastvale owns and maintains approximately 4,493 streetlight poles and 4,563 fixtures, consisting of the following: A) 4,386 streetlight poles with a single LED cobra head luminaire B) 48 decorative streetlight poles with LED cobra head luminaires located on Limonite Avenue between Taylor Way and Archibald Avenue, including 12 poles with a single fixture and 36 poles with double fixtures C) 25 decorative streetlight poles at Hamner Place, each with a single decorative LED fixture D) 34 decorative streetlight poles on River Bridge, each with double decorative fixtures Refer to Exhibit VII for the Streetlight Map.
