Renovation of a mixed-use development in Corona, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. Work Days: Work to occur during the months of June and July 2023 and scheduled through Tim Russell, Support Services Supervisor. If unfinished work must occur while school is in session, CONTRACTOR shall only perform the Work on weekends and In-service Days, which are also known as Non-Student Days. Inservice Days. B. Certain information relating to existing building conditions and structures is available to bidders, but will not be part of the Contract Documents, as such, Bidder shall visit the site and become familiar with the site conditions. C. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor, and materials necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner, the work in this Bid. The Work shall be performed and completed as required in the Contract Documents as defined in the General Conditions including, without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications, under the direction and supervision of, and subject to, the approval of the District or it authorized representative. CONTRACTOR will prepare exterior building surfaces, prime, and paint the ENTIRE exterior of the buildings and other painted surfaces indicated in the Contract Documents at Anthony Elementary, Harada Elementary, Vicentia Elementary, and Corona High School. Services shall include, but are not limited to: 1) the supply and application of exterior paint; 2) pressure washing, scraping, sanding, removal of loose paint, wood splintering, and checking on metal flashings; 3) stucco, texture matching, wood patching, sanding, and priming; 4) debris containment and removal of paint residues; 5) removal and reinstallation of all signage and number on doors; and 6) masking and preservation of wall murals, concrete surfaces, windows, doors, pipes, hardware, and all protrusions.
