Contractors must possess C-13 and C29 licenses. The response must be submitted in line item format for a lump sum award. The initial project duration is two years, with two optional renewals. A 100% payment bond and a 100% performance bond are required. All bid documents must be fully completed, reviewed, and submitted electronically. No pre-bid meeting is required.
