This project involves the design and renovation of an existing retail or office space to meet the needs of the clinical program(s) as outlined in the Functional Program. The new Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) and Sardis Lab (“Facility”) services will be located centrally at the Unit 106 7955 Evans Road, Chilliwack, and provide a low-barrier access to care for Chilliwack and surrounding area. The Facility is approximately 10,000 square feet (rentable space). It will be comprised of exam/consult rooms, medication room, storage, communications room, open workstations, touchdown areas, group education, and other related support services as outlined in the Functional Program and Schematic Design.
