Demolition for a municipal facility in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Sealed Bid Proposals will be received for the construction of the Alice Kidd Building (Environmental Health Services Building) Demolition, UA Project #000-26-4259. General Contractors and Prime Demolition and Abatement Contractors are required to prequalify prior to bidding or performing work. Preliminary Drawings and Specifications are open to public inspection and available for examination only at specified locations and dates. Final plans, specifications, and contract documents will be available for printing and/or examination at the specified location and date. Pre-qualification requirements: General Contractors and Prime Demolition and Abatement Contractors must prequalify prior to bidding or performing work. Prequalification submissions must be received by the specified deadline. The current UA Master List is only applicable to General Contractors; UA no longer maintains a Subcontractor Master List.
