Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maple Plain, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes the construction of approximately: 10,900 SY Bituminous Roadway Construction, 6,200 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter, 22,300 SF Sidewalk, 3,050 LF Watermain, 2,900 LF Sanitary Sewer, 3,600 LF 12" to 24" Strom Sewer, and 6,700 SY Turf Establishment, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. A bid shall be submitted online no later than the date and time prescribed. The Owner will only be accepting online electronic bids through QuestCDN. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. All prospective contractors must comply with the minimum criteria for a "responsible contractor" as defined in Minn. Stat. 16C.285, subd. 3. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Maple Plain, shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
