Size: +/- 30,000 Square Feet and +/- 1057 LF of concrete privacy wall. Location: 1980 NW 56th Avenue, City of Lauderhill, FL. 33313 Objective: Minor stucco restoration, waterproof, and paint. Compliance: All work must comply with the current edition of the Florida Building Code (FBC) if applicable. Timeline: The project must be completed within 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
