General construction, design-build, renovation, and repair services in support of predominately military projects within the boundaries of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District. Work may include new construction, demolition, renovation, expansion, and repair of facilities such as commercial, industrial, military, logistical, and other structures where general construction trades are required. Task orders may address architectural, structural, roofing, carpentry, masonry, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and electronic systems, fire protection and life safety systems, instrumentation, industrial controls, interior construction, and energy management systems. Projects may also involve industrial process equipment, industrial ventilation systems, building automation and control systems, and water control structures. Incidental services may include non-professional support such as preliminary assessments, inspections, hazardous materials identification, system testing and balancing, commissioning, and evaluation of building system deficiencies. Task orders may be issued for construction services only or for combined design-build services; design-only task orders will not be issued. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and contract requirements and may support military sponsors or other government agencies for which USACE serves as the construction agent.
