The City of Jacksonville is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for the construction of three new Fire Station facilities: Fire Station No. 78, Fire Station No. 67, and Fire Station No. 77. Services required include design-phase constructability reviews, construction contract administration, construction inspection, materials sampling and testing coordination, building permit and regulatory coordination, commissioning oversight, schedule and payment review, documentation, and warranty-phase services necessary to support successful delivery of these vertical, life-safety public facilities. Fire Stations 67 and 78 will be delivered using a Design-Build method. The delivery method for Fire Station 77 is to be determined. The selected consultant must provide qualified personnel experienced in vertical construction and life-safety systems to ensure delivery in accordance with contract documents, codes, and City standards. Instructions specify that bids must be received by the City of Jacksonville Procurement Division through the 1Cloud E-Bidding System by the deadline provided.
