The project consists of the replacement of existing sheet metal, insulation in the attic, gutters and downspouts, and any fascia as needed on the Maintenance Building at the Natural Resources Center, 7413 County House Road, Auburn, NY 13021. Bidders are strongly encouraged to complete a site visit for their bids to be considered. Bid documents are available from the office, either by email, in person, or by mail for a non-refundable fee. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure their bid is received by the deadline and in the proper format. The District Board reserves the right to waive any information in bids and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest. Project Description (also see Section 207 - Construction Specifications and Items of Work) The Cayuga County SWCD is seeking proposals, which includes the furnishing of materials, labor and equipment, for the following work to be completed on the Cayuga County SWCD Maintenance Building: 1. Remove and replace existing metal roofing and vent cap on the maintenance building. Metal sheeting will be a minimum of 27 gauge. 2. Installation of a double row of snow bars, of equal quality to ones currently installed. 3. Remove and install new 6 inch gutters, including 3x4 downspouts. 4. Replace aluminum fascia where needed. 5. Install new insulation above the work area in the attic of the maintenance building. 6.
