The project improvements vary by street and street segment, but generally the project includes removal and replacement of roadway asphalt to create stronger and smoother driving surfaces. Curbs and gutters will also be removed and upgraded along several areas to improve surface water flow and containment. Work also includes installation of new sidewalk as well as ADA-compliant curb ramps at several intersections to create safer and more accessible routes for pedestrians. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required Bid Bond 5 % - Payment and Performance 100 % Pre-bid meeting: Proposers who do not attend the pre-proposal meeting and site walk are not eligible to submit a proposal or be awarded a contract. No additional meetings or other site walks will be offered by the City.
