Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Happy Valley, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 27,802-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and 17,017-square-foot educational facility.

Phase 1, Building 1: new construction of an approx. 27,802 sf treatment center to provide a full continuum of care that includes withdrawal management, in-patient residential treatment, and administrative offices. Building 2: new construction of approx. 17,017 sf, to provide transitional housing to residents and associated support and treatment program spaces. Building also includes outpatient treatment services and associated staff offices. Davis Bacon Commercial Building Wages and BOLI Commercial Wages, please include the higher of the two current wage rates. Phase 1 and Phase 2 pricing should be submitted with costs separate to help in breaking out pricing, both phases will be built under the same contract, Phase 2 requires demolition prior to foundations so the interior trades will be staggered. Schedule is included for more detail. For those submitting budgets for Siding/WRB and Windows, please breakout your budgets for Siding and WRB/Window install separately. Scopes already awarded or in process of award: (Earthwork, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical).
