Clackamas County is accepting sealed bids for the Marquam Paving Project. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Bid Locker. Bidders need to register and create a profile with Bid Locker to participate. Late proposals will not be accepted. Interested parties must also download the bidding documents from the OregonBuys website, and are responsible for obtaining any addenda from the same site. To be eligible for award, prime contractors must submit a prequalification application to the County at least two business days prior to the bid closing and must be prequalified in Asphalt Concrete Paving (ACP), Temporary Traffic Control (TTC), Miscellaneous Highway Appurtenances (MHA), and Earthwork (EART). Prevailing Wage Rates requirements apply to this project, and all contractors and subcontractors must comply with the relevant state provisions. Question Deadline 06/26/2026 If any Bidder contemplating submitting a Bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications or forms of contract documents, or detects discrepancies or omissions, such Bidder may submit to the Architect
