Reference Number 0000427167 The City of Jacksonville, North Carolina (the "City"), is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide ongoing maintenance, support and repair services for the City's existing physical security systems, including video surveillance (CCTV), fire control systems, gates and electronic door access control systems. The City maintains over 25 facilities and building spaces, 185 cameras, 17 fire control systems, 10 gates, and 4 elevators for its various operational departments. The City is seeking a qualified vendors who will ensure system reliability, security, and optimal performance across multiple City facilities while providing comprehensive support including labor, diagnostics, and system maintenance for all covered equipment. The City reserves the right to award this project by line item. This project shall not be considered an "All or None" request. This RFP outlines the technical, operational, and service requirements for the project, as well as the evaluation criteria to be used in selecting the vendor.
