Sealed bid proposals are invited for the "2026 Street Repair Program." Each bid must include the full names of the parties making the proposal, an affidavit regarding interested parties, and, for corporations not chartered in Ohio, a certificate showing authorization to do business in Ohio. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Guaranty or Bid Bond per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, or a certified or cashier's check made payable to the City of University Heights, equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. All bids must separately state the price of material and labor. Bidders must ensure no discrimination based on race, creed, color, sex, or national origin in employment. The city encourages Minority Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Small Business Enterprises to bid. Contract documents are available via The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc.
