This project provides for the renovation of and addition to Waterford Elementary School. The scope will include phased construction to maintain the current school operations throughout construction. The existing property is located at 15513 Loyalty Road in Waterford, Virginia (PIN 303-18-4199) and is approximately 10.6 acres. 2. The addition is planned for 19,000 SF to include a multipurpose room, six (6) grade-level classrooms and one (1) new Art classroom as well as other ancillary spaces to serve student capacity of 350 students. The renovation is approximately 21,000 SF and includes all existing spaces in the current school. The building serves students in Kindergarten through grade five (5). 3. Sitework is expected to include but not be limited to: Earthwork including potential rock On-site travel-ways and parking improvements Stormwater management including underground detention facilities Wet and dry underground utilities Site lighting Site signage and pavement markings Curb, sidewalks, exterior stairs, trails, and paving Landscaping and hardscaping Fencing Erosion and sediment controls
