The purpose is to establish a contract for On-Call Engineering Services for the Public Works Traffic Section. The consultant is responsible for all coordination, engineering, studies, surveys, analyses, and the preparation of any necessary documents to complete the preliminary or final design, construction estimates, specifications, and right-of-way mapping. The consultant may also provide services during construction, including office services and construction observation. The consultant shall provide manhours or costs as requested to advance the currently scoped design to additional phases if budget is available and approved.
