Furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to perform all operations necessary for the completion of the project titled "Repainting West Pier Tenant Gates." The work generally includes prepping and repainting three tenant gates located on the West Pier. The existing bird netting in all three tenant gates will be removed and replaced as part of the project scope. With the bid, each bidder must provide the following: the name, location, and place of business of each subcontractor performing work or labor, rendering services, or fabricating and installing any portion of the work in excess of $50,000; the portion of work to be done by each subcontractor; a copy of each subcontractor's Mississippi State certificate of responsibility for work exceeding $50,000; a copy of the contractor's Mississippi State certificate of responsibility; a certification letter stating that all new labor hires will be Mississippi residents; a certification letter agreeing to use Mississippi products over non-Mississippi products when all things are equal regarding price, quality, availability, and service; a bid bond; for non-resident contractors, a copy of their state's current law regarding the treatment of non-resident contractors; and Certification Regarding Debarment, suspension, other responsibility matters, and lobbying. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as well as any bid not in compliance with the requirements and information for bidders.
